It was a “BIG” day for the Beet Festival in Sonnenberg Village. The Festival saw the biggest beet ever, 27 pounds, the biggest crowd ever, the best weather ever and the best music ever, including a new “Beet Song” rendition. The vendors had a good day and many of the visitors took time to visit all of the buildings which were opened and hosted by members of the Kidron Community Historical Society.
