2008 Theme: CommuniTree
The CommuniTree project started after a storm on Thursday, June 22, 2006 took down a number of large trees in Kidron. Wood from the trees was distributed to local artisans to create pieces of art to commemorate the life of these trees in the community. A fund raiser meal will be served and selected items will be auctioned on Sat, October 17, 2009 at the Kidron Community Building (time TBA later). All proceeds will go to a permanent endowment fund to perpetuate the projects of KCHS. View auction items here.
